Article 1 (Purpose)

All copyrights, ownership, and other intellectual property rights in and to all works and content (including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, audio, and source code) created by the "Company" and posted on the "Website" shall solely and exclusively belong to the "Company."

  2. Article 8 (Privacy and Data Protection)

The "Company" endeavors to protect the personal information of Users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The protection and processing of personal information shall be governed by relevant legislation and the "Company's" separate [Privacy Policy].

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
