1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention/use period required by applicable laws or within the personal information retention/use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.

② The respective processing and retention periods for personal information are as follows:

  • Records regarding customer inquiries and consultations: 3 years after completion of inquiry/dispute resolution (pursuant to the record retention obligations for consumer complaints or dispute handling under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

  • Records regarding contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years

  • Records regarding payment and supply of goods/services: 5 years

4. Destruction Procedures and Methods of Personal Information

① The Company will destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose.

② The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:

  • Destruction Procedure: The Company selects the personal information for which reasons for destruction have occurred and destroys it with the approval of the Company's Privacy Officer.

  • Destruction Method: Personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files is destroyed using technical methods (such as a low-level format) so that the records cannot be reproduced, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding with a shredder or by incineration.

5. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them

① Data subjects may exercise their rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information from the Company at any time.

② Rights may be exercised by contacting the Company in writing, via email, or by fax, and the Company will take action without delay.

③ If a data subject requests the correction or deletion of errors in their personal information, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

6. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

  • Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.

  • Technical Measures: Access authority management for personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identification numbers, and installation/periodic updates of security programs

  • Physical Measures: Access control for computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.
